New Mexico criminal defense attorney John W. Day joined KSNV to discuss the tragic death of model Mark Gaughan. Gaughan was shot and killed in the early morning hours of Saturday, Aug. 23, when Allysandra Blea and Gaughan were participating in a photoshoot involving weapons. Blea fired the gun at Gaughan but claimed she did not know the firearm was loaded. “According to law enforcement, it is a clear case of extreme negligence and recklessness,” said John Day. Allysandra Blea is believed to be related to Joseph Blea, a convicted serial rapist and a person of interest in the West Mesa murders in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
