Noah Presgrove, 19, was found dead on the side of a rural Oklahoma highway in 2023, naked except for his shoes, after attending a days-long party hosted by friends. Since his death, his family says there have been no answers as to what happened to him. As their frustration with law enforcement grows, Presgrove’s family is now filing a wrongful death lawsuit against multiple people allegedly involved in throwing the party.
