New Mexico criminal defense attorney John W. Day joins CTV News to discuss the Sean “Diddy” Combs trial as the jury returned with a partial verdict. Jurors said they have reached a verdict on the two counts each of sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution but had not been able to reach a decision on racketeering conspiracy. They will resume deliberations.
