Actor Alec Baldwin has filed a lawsuit against the prosecutors and Santa Fe County Sheriff’s investigators who were involved in filing an involuntary manslaughter charge against him for the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. The case collapsed in spectacular fashion last summer when the judge dismissed the case over the state’s failure to disclose evidence to Baldwin’s defense.
