A 23-year-old college student, Alyssa Boyd, was killed in an ATV crash in Pennsylvania that also left her boyfriend, former Penn State football player Julian Fleming, seriously injured. Months later, Fleming was charged with multiple counts, including homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence, after investigators determined he was allegedly intoxicated at the time of the accident. His attorney insists the crash was unavoidable, claiming a deer ran into the road and caused the tragedy. Law&Crime’s Elizabeth Millner goes Inside the Crime.
